Use your best bolognese sauce or brown your ground meat and add some onions. Butter a round baking dish. Start layering the laffa with the ground meat and your favourite cheese for as many layers as you like. For the top layer butter and lightly add grated cheese. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes. If the top starts to brown too soon then loosley cover baking pan with foil. When done let it sit for 5 minutes then slice and serve.
